O’LEVEL REQUIREMENT FOR MEDICAL REHABILITATION

DIRECT ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR MEDICAL REHABILITATION

The Direct Entry requirement for Medical Rehabilitation includes ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry, Physics, and either Biology/Zoology or Mathematics. OAU also accepts passes from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or the British Association of Occupational Therapy. UNN does not offer Direct Entry for this course. 

Conclusion

In Nigeria, physiotherapy was introduced in 1945 by British chartered physiotherapists Miss Manfield and Mr. Williams, who were sponsored by the Nigerian government.
